We review residential and commercial concrete scopes including driveways, patios, sidewalks, parking lots, paving, slabs, foundations, footings, grade beams, retaining walls, curbs, gutters, approaches and equipment pads. Removal, grading and site preparation can also be considered when the project requires them.
Which construction services can be combined into one scope?
Depending on the plans and site conditions, a project may combine excavation, clearing, demolition, grading, underground utilities, concrete, paving or building-related work. Share the complete scope early so we can identify interfaces between trades, clarify responsibility and avoid pricing one piece without understanding the work around it.

Plans, photographs, surveys and specifications are useful when available. For engineered or commercial scopes, additional documents may be required before final pricing.
